VCI Plastic
Rust-X is one of the leading VCI Film manufacturer & supplier in India and worldwide. We are expert in VCI technology. Integrated combinations of VCI Packaging protection systems, such as VCI corrosion protection with acid-gas scavenger and anti-static (ESD) are available to provide the best result.
VCI Paper
Rust-X manufactures Super Laminated VCI Papers which have exceptional strength, tear resistance as well as puncture resistance. VCI Paper, or Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor paper, is a kraft packaging paper manufactured with added VCI chemistry. VCI molecules protect metals from corrosion.
VCI Liquid
Rust-X VCI liquids are corrosion inhibitors that offer safe and effective protection to metals, metal parts and products against rust and corrosion. They come in the form of liquid as coatings or oils to prevent rusting of exposed and unpainted metals and metal components.
Rust Remover
RUST REMOVER 500 is a liquid acid-based product primarily designed to simultaneously clean and remove rust from steel and iron parts. It is single component modified acid with different additive base rust removal. It has uses for removal of rust and prepares the substrate for painting.
VCI Emitters
Rust-X emitter is something that gives off, or sends out, a substance. Vapor corrosion inhibitors are a type of compound used to protect ferrous and non-ferrous metals from rust and corrosion. When we combine the two, the result is a VCI Emitter — a device designed to protect enclosed metal and metal parts from rust.
